After completing an MSc in Environmental Archaeology in 2007 I worked for a number of years as an assistant/HER officer for various UK Local Authorities (The Lake District National Park, South Yorkshire Archaeology Service and Norfolk County Council) up until 2012 when I started working for the Council for British Archaeology as their Information Officer. In May 2015 I started working for Historic England as a Heritage at Risk Project Officer covering the North West region. Since 2011 I have also been conducting part-time PhD research studying the discourse(s) of sustainability within the context of archaeological heritage management in the UK under the supervision of Dr John Carman at the Ironbridge International Institute for Cultural Heritage at the University of Birmingham.
